Like your auction very much, the only problem is the saving seats it should be first come first serve.

Tried to attend your auction tonight. Arrived at 6:20PM to find all the seats were taken. We looked at the goods up for auction but decided we didn't want to stand for a hour or more...

You need more seating or stop letting people save seats.

Saving seats is not good I heard people say they saved seats early before 6 what is that all about. I was there 2 weeks ago when there was a fight over seats not good for business.. It should be first come first served. I know of one old man that saves five seats brings a cooler and hardly ever buys anything god only knows what time he gets in. Not good.

Kevin and well organized auction service is my favorite Friday night social activity. Always pleased with my auction buys, and anxiously look forward to many years of fun.

This is absolutely my favorite local auction, they always have the best quality merchandise. Stand behind the items they sell . Very much a family atmosphere, we never miss a week !

It was a pleasant night out, but who wants to attend a function where the people are rude! Especailly Kevin! I have seasonal clients who need to furnish a home being purchased and refuses to give them their money! They heard how rude they treat others!!

Does anyone have something nice to say. Stop complaining and realize this is a business, although it's a social event for some of you. I think the entire team supports its clients and customers in a fair and respectful manner. This auction has been in business for a number of years and despite those of you who find reason to complain, they simply cannot please everyone. Maybe the people complaining are the problem. I didn't see anyone taking ownership of that little tidbit.

Oh, so every complaint in this comment section is unfounded and they are the problem children? You can defend this group of miscreants all you want but it's not the complainers that are the problem, it's the amateur hour auction house. If this is a business then it needs to be run like one. This is what happens when the entire staff is recovering from one addiction or another or keeping the job to stay on the right side of their parole officer, not to mention the bid caller bordering on incoherent at times. You're right for all the wrong reasons about one thing, it's the regular seat-savin', chatterboxes that never shut up that ruin this for the professional auction attendees. Interesting that you would think the comment section should only be for "something nice to say". The actual purpose of comments is so that a "business" owner can guage the temperature of the clientele, not to look for pats on the back and nothing more. You're right that they've been in "business" for years; fortunately they discontinued the scam of claiming they are a charitable organization.

I was quite disappointed to learn that you have changed the starting time back to 7 pm. I am placing a request to go back to 6 pm which is a better time. Seven is too late to start.

I have been attending this auction regularly for years having both bought and sold items. Any issue I have ever had was always quickly and fairly resolved. When I read the negative complaints I ask myself why these individuals don't just go somewhere else. This is not the only auction house in town. We should all be happy that we have this wonderful activity to enjoy on a weekly basis and have some appreciation for the hours of labor required to keep this business in operation. The high attendance speaks for itself . . . this is a very popular event for many people . . . so let's all be supportive!

It has been a long time since I have attended this auction on Friday night. I am one if the unfortunates that is un able to get to the auctions due to disabilities most of you could not handle Yet reserve seats in front as a "NIGHT OUT EVENT BUYING NOTHING." Just to hob nob with their crony friends. A wheel chair access is too much to ask yet in many years that the Lawson family had the biz there were not ever a problem of these whiney not buying load mouths that just make it more difficult even for phone bidders. How selfish self centered can you be.All of the staff over the years have been more than kind and accommodating from what I can see and seen. Keep your drama at home some of us are in business and need to be able to HEAR AND SEE items going up for bids. All these suggestiions and COMPLAINTS YOU START YOUR OWN AUCTION HOUSES OR KEEP YOU MOUTHS SHUT. KEVIN WAS AN ASSET TO THE SHOWROOM and the auctiion nights. If you loadc mouths redneck low lifes cant shut the f=4k up. Then please stay the hell out. And let the serious buyers bid and make it fun or at least try for the EDUCATED BUYERS that are struggling to keep their doors open too and feed a family. You old cronies in front row need to get layed.yep LAYED. Sincerely with Love Guys,
Jeff K

We stopped by this business for the first time when we moved to Florida during the Covid pandemic when they were operating only as a retail store. My wife fell in love with a mid-century Hollywood Regency brass and glass cocktail table. I returned to buy it for her for $80. We later found the identical table listed on Etsy for $3,200.
We were pleased .
Last night, we attended our first SFEB auction and bought a beautiful Venetian chandelier for $50.
We were pleased.
We agree that "seat saving" should be banned.
Bring your money and bid should be first-come, first-served.
Thank you!
