Auctions Changes for “2020”
Changes to be implemented immediately effective January 01, 2020
1. Effective first sale in January, the buyer’s premium will NO longer be 15% unless you pay cash. It will be 18% for all other purchases with NO exceptions!
2. All merchandise must be paid for the same night as the auction, NO exceptions! If you should have a problem, please speak with management.
3. Phone Bids and Left Bids have until Monday at close of business day, (5 o’clock p.m.), to clear your bill and get your merchandise picked up or set up
4. ALL merchandise being picked up must be removed from building the following Tuesday after the sale, no later than Wednesday. Any time after that will incur
$10.00 a day storage fee NO exceptions!
5. PLEASE make sure that you have your paid ticket with you to pick up or take your merchandise or it will not be released. “NO TICKET NO MERCHANDISE!”
6. Consigners check pick up time will be moved from three (3) business days to six (6) business days Instead of the following Wednesday of sale, it will be the
next week on Monday
7. Delivery forms must be filled out entirely with paid tickets attached on sale night, Saturday or no later than Monday. Deliveries will be called and scheduled by Monday evening for Tuesday thru Thursday delivery times. (Please see delivery placard at office window for more details.)
