There are three options we offer our clients, when you choose South Florida Estate Buyers Inc. to liquidate your items:

1. CASH...We are very competitive with our competition. When you want a cash price for your items, we pay top dollar. Outright purchase of property allows the seller the advantage and convenience of immediate payment. Many sellers prefer this method of sale rather than consigning their property to auction and awaiting payment after the successful sale of the items.


2. CONSIGNMENTS...We will pick-up, clean, display & advertise your items for a percentage. This is a one time charge. We are working for you. After reviewing the auction estimates, the next step in the consignment process is to review a Consignment Agreement for your property. As of July, all consignment items will be placed in our new showroom for a minimum of two weeks for fair market sale. If items are not sold at retail they will be placed in the following auction to be sold to the highest bidder.The Consignment agreement will include a complete listing of your items, an auction date, commission fees and company policies.

3. DONATION...We have a pick-up service for your donations thru Alpert Jewish Family & Children Services for which you will receive a tax write off. There is NO charge for this service. All Proceeds go to J.F.C.S. "Building A Better Community Helping One Family At A Time"
