New Rules For Attending Our Auction Our Next Auction Will Be June 5, 2020
To ALL our South Florida Estate Buyers customers; We are so appreciative of your support through this 2020 pandemic. However due to the mandates issued by government pertaining to the operation of business, we must implement new auction procedures effective immediately
1. We will be starting our auction at 6:30 PM on Friday evenings. 2. We request that anyone entering the building wear a mask (Please and Thank You). 3. Due to limited occupancy, there will be a $20 per seat fee charged at registration. The fee must be paid in CASH. This fee is NOT refundable but will be deducted from your final purchase that must total $20 or higher. ALL bills must be paid during or after the conclusion of the night's sale in order for the $20 to be applicable. 4.There will be NO saving seats. All persons must be present at time of registration which will start at 5:30 PM prior to sale. 5. If you will not be attending the auction, but would like to leave a phone or left bid, you may call or text 561-478-2345. All bids need to be in by no later than 5:30 PM.
